These records document the academic program of undergraduate students and provide some personal and family information. Each contains information on courses, grades, academic disciplinary actions and committee votes, if any; each record also includes names and addresses of both parents, mother's maiden name, name of guardian, if any, home address, address to which to send reports, date and place of birth. Additional details of the student's life may also be noted.
